Mother's Day Mimosa Brunch at The Odyssey Banquet Venue - Tinley Park

The Odyssey Banquet Venue in Tinley Park is once again hosting its acclaimed Mother's Day Brunch featuring a wide array of delicious locally farmed items.

Guests will enjoy select breakfast items including roasted garlic breakfast potatoes, applewood smoked bacon, chicken and apple breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs with herbs, cinnamon roll french toast casserole, coffee infused pancakes and more.

Carving station will feature prime rib of beef, seared tuna with seaweed salad and spicy aioli and roasted pork loin with herb mustard and chimichurri.

Seasonal salad station with assorted toppings and dressings, smoked salmon, poached shrimp, raw oysters with assorted condiments. Coffee, juice, soda, water, hot tea, bottomless mimosas.

Seatings offered 9:30am-3pm
