Blossom Cafe and Banquets in Norridge is open both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 6am to 8pm offering great dine-in specials and complete take-away dinners.

The dine-in menu includes Blossom's famous slow roasted prime rib, bone-in baked ham steak, baked stuffed shrimp, filet and lobster and salmon phyllo (regular menu also available). Limited seating inside, call for reservations.

Complete take-away dinners include Ham ($160) which includes 14lb brown sugar glazed ham, pasta marinara and honey glazed carrots.

Roast Turkey package ($150) includes 24lb whole turkey, walnut stuffing, gravy, honey glazed carrots.

Slow Roasted Prime Rib package includes roasted prime rib, au jus, creamy horseradish sauce, honey glazed carrots.

Take-away dinners include Blossom's signature mashed potatoes, garden salad, bread and sweets tray. Each meal serves 8-15 people.
