Concorde Banquets in Kildeer will be hosting its very special Mother's Day Champagne Brunch at the renowned banquet facility.

The special holiday menu includes omelet station, scrambled eggs, mediterranean quiche, cheese crepes with berry compote, bacon, sausage and an assortment of freshly baked pastries, muffins, croissants and danish.

Guests will also enjoy Concorde's famous carving station featuring Roast Prime Eye Rib of Beef, Maple Glaze Ham off the bone and Roast Turkey. Seafood station will include chilled shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, whole poached salmon, marinated grilled vegetables and more.

Desserts include a nice variety of french, italian and viennese pastries and an assortment of fresh seasonal fruit. Kids items include chicken tenders and fries, baked macaroni and cheese, chicken piccata and more.
